Why This Is Different

These guides aren't meant to be the "correct" way to experience a place.

They're simply the exact routes I personally took while traveling, filming, surfing, getting lost, meeting people, and figuring things out along the way. The roads I drove, the areas I stopped in, the places I stayed, the viewpoints I found, the mistakes I'd avoid, and the moments that genuinely stuck with me afterward.

A lot of travel information online feels recycled or disconnected from real experience. I wanted these to feel more personal and useful than that.

I also naturally tend to gravitate toward places that feel less polished, less touristy, and a little more off the beaten path.
